Purpose

To answer the enquiry you send us through the form, by email, by phone or on WhatsApp and, where applicable, to manage the professional relationship if you decide to hire us.

Legal basis

Your consent when you submit the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, where there is a professional engagement, the performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and compliance with the firm's legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Retention

Data from an enquiry that does not lead to an engagement is kept for as long as needed to reply to you and, at most, period to be set. Case file data is kept for the statutory limitation periods and the document retention periods required by legal-profession and anti-money-laundering rules.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law or necessary to defend your interests (courts, court representatives, public authorities and experts involved in your case). The technology providers supporting the firm act as data processors under a signed contract.

Your rights

• To restrict or object to processing and to request data portability.
• To withdraw your consent at any time, without retroactive effect.
