The firm

What is S&H Abogadas?

At S&H Abogadas we believe practising law goes far beyond the law itself. Behind every enquiry there is a story, a worry, an important decision or a situation that needs to be understood and handled with care.

Because being a lawyer means knowing the law, but also knowing how to listen, understand and stand by people.

We are a firm that practises law with legal rigour, professional commitment and, above all, a personal, approachable manner.

Over the years we have learnt that every case is different, that everyone has their own circumstances and that, very often, what someone who comes to a law firm needs most is to feel heard, to understand what is happening and to know what options they have.

That is why we take the time to get to know each situation, listen to what worries you and explain the legal issues clearly and in plain language. We believe trust is built by speaking honestly, keeping in close touch and giving every matter the attention it deserves.

Our experience across different areas of law lets us tailor our advice to each client's needs, whether personal, professional or business.

We know that a family dispute, an unpaid debt or a problem discovered after buying a home can bring a lot of worry. So our job is not only to analyse the legal question, but also to help you understand your situation, weigh up the alternatives and make decisions with greater peace of mind.

We commit to every case with responsibility, honesty and dedication, never forgetting that the person in front of us deserves to feel looked after, understood and well informed.

That is the essence of S&H Abogadas: a way of practising law in which experience and legal rigour go hand in hand with closeness and commitment to people.
